Scott Lake

PANELIST

Scott Lake has a J.D. and a Master’s of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law and Graduate School.

Mr. Lake started his professional career as a judicial clerk for the Alaska Supreme Court. He then worked as the Idaho Director for Western Watersheds Project, focusing on law and policy related to wildlife habitat conservation on federal public lands. Since 2020, Mr. Lake has been the Nevada Staff Attorney for the Center for Biological Diversity. The Center’s Great Basin program works through law, policy, and creative media to secure the conservation of rare and imperiled wildlife and plant species, with a particular focus on groundwater-dependent species and ecosystems
